My First Slip Knot

Hello craft world!

I am excited with a lot of things. I recently revived my relationship with anything handmade and yes we are doing just fine! It all started when I am preparing for my wedding day. I know that I wanted to add my own handmade ideas to my wedding details and so I forced my right brain to work the same way as it was when I was in high school.

High school, oh yes! Curse Math and love Home Economics! LOL

I remember those crafty days from calligraphy, sewing, crochet, knitting, origami and everything else craft- worthy. Too bad I was pre-occupied with Trigonometry and Calculus during the last few semester and spent my college days memorizing the human anatomy.

Thank goodness I was exposed to the craft world again when I met the genius people behind Vatel Manila, The Fozzy Book and some other crafters in town

Recently, I joined the workshop by CRAFT MNLA that will teach us the basics of crochet. Our teacher is no other than one of Manila's finest crocheter -Trey Agusto (Gantsilyo Guru). During the workshop all I felt was bliss. It is soooo relaxing!

Now if you ask me...why  a blog?

Well I can never promise that this will be a tutorial site since I am a just a resurrected crafter or should I safely say - a newbie! But one thing is for sure, this blog will be witnessing my growth and journey in  my long lost love for craft.

This is my way-fare to anything handmade and pastels! Welcome ^_^

XOXO,
Blueberry Girl
